This was our first time here today and it was absolutely wonderful. The welcome was incredibly friendly, the suite was a dream, and the service was top-notch! All in all, we had a very lovely, beautifully organized evening here for my partner's birthday. We'd love to come back!

We were there yesterday. A wonderful experience, pure relaxation. We were able to completely switch off and unwind. Friendly team, everything very clean and thoughtfully designed. The experience shower was amazing. With the mist, it was like standing on the North Sea coast in a storm. We will definitely come back. Best regards.

I've been here several times and always left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Three hours always fly by and I've never had any problems. The staff at reception are incredibly kind and friendly, making you feel welcome right away. The suite itself is beautifully furnished – the Classic Suite is perfect for me, and the delicious Fehndorfer Flammbrot (a type of flatbread) is absolutely delicious. I'd love to come back again.

A fantastic private spa! The ambiance is lovely and everything you could need is there. The whirlpool is great for two and pleasantly warm. The sauna can be adjusted to the perfect temperature. The massage table is comfortable. The shower is an experience shower with sound effects. The drinks are very reasonably priced and taste delicious. We didn't order food, but the pictures look good and it seems reasonably priced. The service was a 10/10; the young woman went out of her way to explain everything and was incredibly friendly.

First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly. It was my first time there, and I have to say it was wonderful. The three hours were truly worth it to unwind. The suites are beautifully furnished, with a private sauna, whirlpool, water massage lounger, and the Ruhr area. The suite also has its own toilet, a fantastic shower with various programs, and even a hairdryer. I will definitely book here again. The service with drinks and food was also excellent. Orders could be placed from the suite, and the food was delivered to a separate compartment within the suite, allowing for contactless retrieval.

This was our second time enjoying a private spa experience, this time here in Haaren. And we have to say, it was fantastic. Not only did the very friendly and polite staff explain everything to us, but the place was also absolutely clean and pleasant. Everything was in top condition and very well explained. The pool water was freshly filled before and after our treatment, and drained after we left. Very hygienic! We were extremely satisfied and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
